**I have never had kale before but decided to give it a try today.**
- You will need:
 
- Directions
 - Cook the pasta as directed until desired tenderness, set aside
 - Saute the minced garlic in the extra light tasting olive oil over medium heat for a couple minutes
 - Add kale
 - Reduce heat to low
 - Add a dash of salt and pepper
 - Once kale has cooked down some add the cooked pasta and Alfredo sauce
 - Add the Italian seasonings
 - Stir until sauce and pasta are hot
 - Enjoy!
