Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds of beef pub style extra lean shaved steak
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of dried minced onions
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup of spicy brown mustard
- 3 tablespoons of minced garlic
- lemon
- Sauté meat in pan over medium heat with the garlic, onions, salt and pepper until done.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Mix barbeque sauce, honey, and spicy brown mustard in a bowl.
- Pour over meat, stir
- Add three thinly sliced pieces of lemon on top
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Remove lemons, and stir.
- Serve on a bun or sub roll.
