Input Needed Please (And Thank You!)

I have been toying with the idea of writing my own type of loom knitting book for a while now. It will take some time to put together but I wanted to get some opinions on how to explain stitches. I am a visual learner as well.



So I want to include photos, like below, to explain. If there were no written directions to go with it, does the photos explain well enough to someone who hasn't done this stitch? (I would include a photo of the stitch completed as well.)
